Hello everyone. I am new to V0.app
And i am very pleased with the app itself. I was working on a project on my laptop and today i tried downloading the app, now my chat wont appear in the chat area itself on my iphone.
I double checked if i logged in on the same account (since that could be the cause of the problem), i switched profile picture but this synced fine. So this couldn’t be the case.
Also, Fyi, ive used almost all points on my laptop, but on my iphone i still have all the monthly points, meaning something isn’t synching up right.
I tried reinstalling the app, multiple re log-ins, i tried to send the link to myself on my laptop via whatsapp and go to the chat via the link on my phone, it just keeps on rendering and refreshing but wont sync to the actual chat itself.
I am on a free subscription meaning i cant make a support case(i tried to already). The ai bot couldn’t help me any further. I tried everything the bot suggested
Things i checked:
-Verify you’re logged into the same account
-Refresh the app
-Restart the app
-Check if the chat is Private (it is but this shouldn’t mean you cant reach your own personal chat(the Ai told me this.))
-Check your team scope
If i login in a webbrowser on my iphone i am able to see my chat and work on it. (But not on/in the app)
The Ai bot suggested me to post this in the community forum, to maybe get help from a admin or people that experienced the same issue.
I will leave a picture of the interface i have on my iphone.
