Can't Preview or access the website after the latest changes

After the change, I cannot preview the website page anymore, tried force refresh and restoring but restore won't work as it says failed to restore

I tried restoring to much older version but it's the same, can any staff or developer can help?

Edit: Seems to be fixed and it can preview now and I can access the website
