Can't purchase a subscription

Hi! I want to purchase a premium subscription, but after I enter my credit card details, nothing happens. The pricing window just disappears, and that’s all. I don’t even receive any error messages. Does the system accept payments only from specific regions (I’m from Ukraine)?
