Something happened with billing a month or 2 ago and now Im getting a “Charge failed suspension coming soon” email but Im not due to be charged till the Aug 12. I opened a support ticket awhile ago about being double charged but they are slow to respond.

My original ticket was about what seemed to be a duplicate charge/account and I think this is related. The card on my account is a valid one I use daily which is baffling but I wasn’t due for a new charge till the 12th of Aug
