Chates deleted after upgrading to the Team Plan

Hello,

I frequently use V0, so I decided to upgrade to the Team Plan. After my bank confirmed the payment, the page refreshed - and suddenly all my chats were gone. They’re not even showing up in the archive tab.

The frustrating part is that I specifically upgraded to access one particular chat, and now it’s completely missing.

What’s going on, and how do I get my chats back?

I’m sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Can you confirm it happened on the same v0 account as you are using on the Community? Because I can’t seem to find a premium subscription on your account.

yes it is the same account. i canceld the subscription tho, because i aint paing if my chat is gone…

I see. Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you browse for your chats? Is it only one chat that’s missing or all of your chats are gone?
