I developed a project day after day working within the limits of the freeplan, until I had enough and when token run out I pressed subscribe, paid and my now Premium Account still had the project but without code, spending all day with someone from support it has been a waste of time as he refuses to help, bouncing back to community, so if anyone has premium advice here i would appreciate.
Did you know about these other v0 resources? A human should be here soon to help, but the answer may already be available even faster in one of these other posts.
This guide is a great place to start.

I’m searching for your support case now to make sure I have the full context to get you the info you need. But on the chance that it helps I wanted to share a quick option the came to mind on my initial read of your post here.
You should be able to find your projects and chats in the sidebar. Sometimes you’ll see different things depending on which profile you’re on. Make sure you’re switched to the right profile context to see your personal or team projects and chats.
At the bottom of the sidebar nav, you can click your profile to expand for more options.
Then click the Switch Team button and select the profile where you created the project so you can see the details.
Thnks for your reply, I only have one option that is the premium one
Since you can still see the chat, what happens if you scroll back to an earlier version that you know was working and try to view that one?
I’m also curious to see if a fork of this chat would work. Could you try that if the earlier version doesn’t work?
I am on the v0 Ai platform, I can go back up to the very beginning of the chat but i can only share the project the right pane is empty and fork share and deploy are gone:
any update? on the issue reported?
I’m limited as to what I can see since it’s a private chat. The logs I can access only show that there are preview rendering errors, which indicates something is wrong in the generated code. There’s typically a red toast notification when that happens, but you may be able to get more details about the error from your browser’s dev tools console.
If there was a previous version that’s known to render a preview correctly, you should be able to scroll back to that earlier version and click the “View” button to see a working preview.
Please give those ideas a try and let me know what happens
