When i try deleting a message in the chat, instead of deleting the message , whole chat is being deleted , and the chat no longer exists.
I tried deleting a message in the chat a couple times and then it just completely glitched out and created a brand new chat without been forking the old chat.
I lost hours of progress and some money.
I doubt a v0 dev can recover the chat for me but I would appreciate a little bit of compensation because that was definitely a weird glitch.
Edit: It happened again. For more clarification, the chat gets deleted sometimes when I simply click and confirm a message deletion.
This appears to be what happened to me. Deleting a message deleted the entire app I was working on. It was weeks on progress gone down the drain. really not cool

I’m sorry that you’re facing this issue. Can you share the chat ID from browser history where this happened?
I’m unable to recreate this issue. If you can record a video of recreating this issue that would also be very helpful for us to debug.
For me, I am a heavy user of v0 and I may not be able to get the history back per say.
But I know the time around when it got deleted. Is it possible you can use that to recover the chart?
One solution to this is to have github and auto commit on.
make a new fork of an old chat and set it to the branch you were working on. v0 will pull all the files you had just before the chat window was deleted.
