Deployment from GitHub fails, no logs show on Vercel Console

I have a React project deployed from a GitHub repo. Yesterday the deployment randomly stopped working so I tried pushing a new deployment and Vercel added a comment on the commit simply stating “Deployment failed”. No new deployment or build logs were created or accessible from the Vercel console. To get the website working, I promoted an old deployment and it worked fine, but new commits are still not triggering deployment and consistently fail. I tried doing a Vercel build locally and it worked, so I suspect the issue is something on GitHub’s end. Anyone else having this problem?

Can you share one of the affected commit SHA so we can take a look?

It’s a private repo, but I’ll make it public while I troubleshoot the issue. It’s a fork from an organization repo.

There were multiple other commits that I hard reset to try and fix the issue but to no avail. This is the latest commit with an error:

(The account that owns this repo is also managed by me)

We traced the commit and are currently investigating why the deployment didn’t work. I will update you as soon as I have more details.

The deployment is blocked due to Legal reason.

Can I have a more detailed clarification? By e-mail if the matter is sensitive
