Deply hook returns always 404 recently (even new one)

Hi,
Recently I’m encounterin a problem with a deploy hook. Always when I send request it resolves with 404. I thought maybe you introduced some ttl for those hooks, and created a new one, but the issue still exists.
Other hook, for different environment, works lika a charm.
