My auto renewal failed multiple times, manual renew also failed. "azimtalukdar.com"
When purchased domain through Vercel, I also enabled auto renewal. After 1 year when it tried to auto renew 1 month before expiration, it failed. And since then it's failing.
The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.

You can also use v0 to narrow down the possibilities.
Hey, ! Welcome to the Vercel Community
Your domain is working for me - did you manage to sort this out?
If not, could you share any logs you're seeing?
My domain is working but I need to renew it. it will expire on the 16 Feb and thats not working. I recently paid also but that didn’t updated my expiry date. My invoice number “73A7DF1E-0003“
I ahve also raised tickets regarding these “#940440“ and “#926248“
Just faced the same issue. my domain has already expired and the site is now down and there’s nothing i can do about it. This is due to vercel billing system’s non-compliance with Indian RBI mandates, that gets triggered on renewal / recurring payments, so no other bank cards will work directly and its out of our hands. One time payments do go through, as Ive recently purchased more domains. Is there a way to pay manually / top up credits through one time payments / link paypal maybe ?
I am experiencing same issue. Did you manage to renew it? If yes, plesaae guide me thru.
Please look into this
Have you tried manual domain renewal?
https://vercel.com/docs/domains/working-with-domains/renew-a-domain#manual-renewal
Yes I have tried manual renewal from multiple payment options multiple times, but every payment failed. Actually I think in India, Indian government has enforce an OTP based payment. OTP is required for every transaction which is not considered/implemented by Vercel. I never get an OTP, and vercel never asks me for OTP. Vercel should look into this and comply if possible. Or else UPI is also a best method of payment in India.
Since the issue is related to a payment system issue, please open a case at vercel.com/help so the support team can assist
Yes, I already did. but no response from the team yet.
