Escalating here since I’ve had no response for 1+ week via Vercel Help, billing@vercel.com, and ar@vercel.com. My domain sunilbhor.com (purchased Jan 6, 2025) failed to auto-renew despite multiple successful retries from my side. Tried 3 cards, banks confirmed everything’s fine. Dashboard + emails keep saying “payment failed”. This looks like a Vercel/Stripe billing issue, not a card problem. The domain is now in the 30-day redemption period. Requesting urgent help for manual renewal, alternate payment, or billing intervention before the domain is lost. Thanks
