dump some ideas in this thread folks:

  • markdown viewer in the code window (i use md files to hold context)
  • ask/build toggle in chat
  • functional v0 personalities (debug, feature builder, ui etc) - sometimes when I am trying to debug something v0 tries to add new features. this might be a way to limit the freq. this could also be added to the ask/build toggle

About the last one, what has worked for me is to first try debugging for a smaller part of the app using the small model and then move to medium if it fails. But, yes I feel improvements are required.

I don’t really use the small model tbh. I’d rather save time with the medium model than retry the small model multiple times.

I get it. I had the same thought but the small model surprised me. I’d urge you to give it a try for one of your sessions and see if it works. You can read about my recent experience with the small model: Building a full stack app with v0: Chapter 2.

Another feature that would be cool is image generation for UI mockups.

I use chatgpt to test out ideas and it’s pretty good. bit clunky going back and forth though.

currently I am using v0 to make ASCII diagrams of the UI so that it’s roughly got things in the right place before building out a new feature. I’d rather not make a mistake that needs fixing if possible.

Would be great if v0 (via chatgpt) could somehow magically generate a mockup or two from the code supplied… :thinking:

V0 feature request:

Loving the v0 agent

But it would be awesome if you added full stack capacity
Like bolt, rork, the vibe code app etc
That’s the only real bottleneck I’ve found with using v0, many others that I know who use it also have the intention of bringing to the app stores so it makes sense to build in that capability.
Currently there’s a lot of friction when trying to get their apps working on the android and App Store. If you added react native support like those other app builders have, then I feel like v0 would be by far the best option.

Another thing that would be fantastic is official payment integration like lovable has with stripe.
Except adapty would be a better choice since it has full support for both web apps and android/iOS apps so it is very scalable.
Otherwise the other workflow people currently have is stripe for web and revenue cat for mobile, however having both within adapty would be a great time saver.

Finally you should definitely get an official discord for the community to be able to chat and brainstorm.

I hope these suggestions make their way to the right eyes. It would be amazing to have these features with v0.
