vercel-functions-fluid-cpu-duration is not being reset as i paused those project with more vercel-functions-fluid-cpu-duration .

Requesting vercel team to one time review and see if possible then activate one time as my major project with more important project got paused.

Kindly look into in and as we was working on one startup we faced this problem and now thinking to switch to another platform. i hope so vercel team will look into in and have eye on us
