Help! Low on Credits After Recent $20 Recharge

Hey everyone! The day before yesterday, I recharged my account with $20. But today, when I was using it, a message saying "You are running low on credits" popped up in the chat window. I'm really confused.

I checked my balance (see the second pic), and it seems off. The total amount of my Usage Events is only $4, way less than the $20 I recharged. I can't figure out why this is happening. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any ideas on what's going on and how to fix it?

Hi, you were affected by this bug

You had the full $20 remaining on your balance when it was reset to $5, so you can expect a credit of $15.00 soon
