It is a self-funded, volunteer-run community portal for up to 100 members, with no subscriptions, commissions, paid listings, advertising revenue or payment processing. Features include profiles, mentorship, community support, job opportunities and business collaboration. Members may describe their businesses or services. Does that member to member-generated business content make the portal commercial under your Fair Use Guidelines? Portal is not charging any commisions/fee etc. its absoultely free
