Subject: Hobby plan eligibility: non-profit student exhibition website with sponsor logos
Hello Vercel Support team,
I am the student chair of the Chung-Ang University Advertising & PR Festival (CAU ADPR FESTIVAL), an annual exhibition run entirely by undergraduate students of the Department of Advertising & Public Relations at Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea.
We are planning to host our official website on the Hobby plan and would like to confirm that our use case is within the Fair Use Guidelines.
About the site:
- It introduces our student committee, past and current exhibitions, and our yearly activities.
- Visitors can check in at the exhibition and leave a short review. Admission is free.
- There is no payment, no product sales, no ads, and no affiliate links. Nobody is paid to build, update, or host the site; it is maintained by student volunteers.
- The only possible concern: the exhibition page lists the logos of companies that sponsored the offline exhibition (as a thank-you credit, similar to a poster). The logos are not links, and the sponsorship is for the physical event, not for the website.
Could you please confirm whether this site can be hosted on the Hobby plan, or whether we need the Pro plan?
Thank you for your help. — the 48th CAU ADPR FESTIVAL committee
