# How to resolve Vercel v0 payment failures and prevent account shutdown

## Problem
I have 5 open invoices on my `v0` team account totaling €150 from `Vercel` that I need to cancel. I am receiving payment failure notifications and my account is at risk of being shut down.

## Current Situation
- **Error Message:**
> **payment failed for your account to prevent shutdown of applications, update your billing information.**
- I previously paid once but did not receive the promised credits.
- I want to cancel these invoices, but the cancellation option is unavailable because they are over 30 days old.
- `Vercel` support response time is currently 2-3 weeks, but my account is scheduled for shutdown soon.

## Impact
I have many projects hosted on `Vercel` and a shutdown would cause significant issues. Can you help me resolve this before the projects go offline?

From what I can see, you just need to pay the unpaid invoices and your account will not be shut down. 

What payment failure error message do you see?

Hello , yes but in the team account i already payed one invoice and then i expected that i get the credits but  i didnt can you cancel this opend invoices because i didnt get als credits..

Based on this screenshot, it looks like there was a problem with your payment info. An expired card is a common reason for that error. Or sometimes a bank might require approval to process a payment and the wait time results in a processing error.

To be completely transparent, I don't know how your account got into this state with multiple past unpaid invoices. Access to payment details is very limited for security reasons. The billing specialists will be able to see more.

What I suspect is that you didn't receive any extra credits when you paid an older invoice because those credits were already applied to your account during the month of the invoice. Does that invoice still show as unpaid, or is the only problem that you didn't receive more credits?

Its Paid but i didnt received the subscribtion only the credits but not the other Features  , and thats why i dont want to pay the other invoices cant somebody cancel it ?

similar problem here, im trying to pay but it keeps tell me card decline or method not allow, i know i have balance  and ive try with credit and debit card, nothing seems to work, my bank told me they arent stopping the transaction.
