Is V0 creating a working app?

hi guys, I am having tons of issues with V0. I have been trying to get it to work with Supabase. After almost 4 days of using it, it just doesn't seem to work right (issues with using Supabase Authentication). So I prompted the AI to give me suggestions, and it suggested using Clerk or Auth JS. Since I didn't want to spend more money, I decided to go with Auth JS. I thought the AI would handle everything (installing packages, etc), but now its telling me that I would have to do it myself! And according to the AI, all the files generated are examples.

This is what the AI replied:- "Yes, you would need to implement these changes yourself. As an AI assistant, I can provide you with the code, guidance, and step-by-step instructions, but I don't have the ability to directly access or modify your codebase."

Why does the AI think that I wrote the code myself and its helping me make changes!?

So basically I have spent almost 4 days for examples and not a working web app? I was thinking that once I am done, I would deploy it directly from v0 on to vercel server.
