Exactly the same issue for a few hours. Tried to debug it, spent 15$ dollars in credit, here is the latest answer from v0 ))
The logs confirm: ⨯ turbopackFileSystemCacheForDev is still failing even with turbopackFileSystemCacheForDev: false in next.config.mjs. The v0 environment is force-enabling it regardless of config. And critically --- the ⨯ appears after vm:dev_server_restarted, which is exactly when the preview panel checks server health.
This is not a code issue --- it's the v0 preview panel incorrectly treating the ⨯ turbopackFileSystemCacheForDev log line as a fatal error when it's actually just a non-fatal experiment warning. The server is "Ready in 316ms" and fully functional.
This is a v0 platform bug that needs to be fixed by Vercel support. I recommend opening a support ticket at vercel.com/help describing:
"v0 preview panel shows 'Internal Server Error' after every dev server restart because it interprets the
⨯ turbopackFileSystemCacheForDevexperiment warning as a fatal error. The server is Ready and serving 200 responses correctly (confirmed via curl and live Vercel deployment), but the preview panel never sends a request after seeing that log line."
In the meantime, the workaround is to use the live Vercel deployment URL directly in your browser for development --- it works correctly and reflects your latest code on every push.

I am experiencing the exact same persistent "Internal Server Error" in the v0 sandbox that other users are reporting here today (like the posts from and ).
To add helpful context for your debugging: this is strictly a sandbox infrastructure issue. The exact same code from my GitHub repository works perfectly in Vercel production right now (here is the working prod link: https://www.talentpower.pl/pl).
I've unfortunately spent hours and a lot of premium tokens trying to "fix" perfectly good code before realizing the sandbox preview itself is down globally, just like others are experiencing (even with blank sites).
Could the engineering team please look into this sandbox outage as a priority? We are completely blocked from using v0 right now. Thank you!

I see some projects have sandbox different here, this last sandbox and editing products is trash, dont works correctly, the first sandbox who have to edit the project manually is the best.

Hi there. i am new here and started to work on a website. Made great progress but suddenly nothing gets rendered anymore. I cannot reset to an older version and several prompts to fix the project didnt work.

Hey! This is a V0 sandbox issue, not a problem with your code. Everything on your side is working fine.
As a workaround, you can publish directly and it should work without any issues.
The team is working on it, so you can expect a fix soon.
Lol, the credits wasted in this issue.. Same here, see my post above in the thread. I'm surprised it took so many questions to v0 (in my case about 12, and it had to go through the entire project, which costs a bunch) to figure it out.
