Kindly request a month refund – Subscription Charged Unexpectedly

Dear V0.dev Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.
(I did send you email on April, BUT I didn’t get feedback. You could see that I actually didn’t use the quota at all these two months…)

I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge of $20 for a Premium subscription on V0.dev. I intended to redeem a V0 promo code for Premium access. However, during the upgrade process, the interface prompted me to enter my credit card information without providing an option to input the promo code. I assumed that after entering my payment details, I would be prompted to enter the promo code. Unfortunately, upon clicking “Continue,” the payment was processed immediately, which was not my intention.

I have not utilized any Premium features since the charge. I plan to use my promo code for Premium access in the future and continue supporting your platform. However, under the current circumstances, I kindly request a refund of the $20 subscription fee.
