I have a project that uses a few videos and images, I have successfully added images but when it comes to videos everything goes crazy
it will give me a fallback image
or just go to An Error Occurred

P.S. The site has become extremely slow have to refresh multiple times just to get somewhere. Page unresponsive.

When I input into v0 the details of what I want done with the video, and attach the video in the conversation

I have not deployed the project
project still in v0 but anything I try to do leads to the error,
fixes, feature additions etc
is it possible that my project is too big this started when I hit version 160, I am at 200 now.

It is possible that your project is too big now. Can you create a fork? Does that improve performance?
