Hi team,
Just making a new post here because I’ve been locked out of my original Pro account since around June and I’m still trying to get access back.
The account has 30+ production projects and domains connected to it, so I’m getting pretty worried about how long this has been going on.
I made a post about this before and Amy explained that my GitHub login had most likely been connected to my newer Vercel account, which removed the connection from the old one.
Because I no longer have access to the old email address, I was told I’d need to go through account recovery and verify ownership. I’ve done that and my current case number is 01483243, but I still haven’t heard anything back.
At this point I’m mainly just trying to find out if someone can check that the case has actually reached the right team, or if there’s anything else I can provide to help verify the account.
I’m happy to provide billing details, domain ownership, GitHub details or anything else that helps prove it’s my account.
