I earned the $100 gifted credits during the v0 Twitter, but they’re not showing up in my account anymore. I’ve double‑checked my balance, transaction log, and even the credit history page—nothing appears.
Can anyone help me figure out:
1. Do gifted credits expire, and if so, how can I check the expiry date?
2. Where exactly are the gifted credits listed in the UI or API?
3. What might cause them to disappear after being awarded?

This is correct, the credits from that promotion had a 60 day expiry that was unfortunately not well disclosed in the UI. The team is working on some redesigns that will make this clearer so users like yourself aren’t caught off guard here in the future
Is there no solution for people who don’t understand the sixty‑day expiry code? I have lost more than a hundred dollars in credits that I haven’t used yet, but I plan to use them this month. What is the solution?
