Monthly Credits set to 0$?

My account used only 5$ of monthly credits, but it shows ranout?
And when 2025-10-23 i use my credits, the gifted credits not be used first?
Then what “Your monthly credits reset in 7 days.” means? it shows 5days when 10-23, when should the credits been reset?

We’re investigating one other report similar to this, where a subscription ended instead of renewing but the DB still thinks it’s active. The “in 7 days” is actually negative 7 days and will count up each day

If you can check that you were not charged for this month that should confirm it. The fastest way to fix this would be to cancel your Premium subscription and subscribe again which should put your account back into a normal state

In the meantime we are still investigating and will try to fix any affected accounts on our end, but I wouldn’t expect that to happen until the weekend is over
