My credit consumption has been abnormal today.
Normally, for example, I would consume 10 credits for about 30 chats, but today, I was consuming over 20 credits for 30 chats. Opus 4.5 became available today, so I selected it and am using it. Could this be the cause of the problem?
The first screenshot shows today’s usage, and the second screenshot shows average usage on a day with similar workloads.

Hi @dancho8, credits usage depends on the complexity of the task and the context that v0 has this is why it can vary on different days based on your workload. It can also vary between different models, so it maybe that Claude Opus is consuming more tokens for the specific tasks you are doing.
My recommendation would be: If you’re not already using it, use the Design mode for most style changes and use prompts only for coding related work.

The GUI for this project had no features, and I was reviewing the HTML code and designing and creating it in the v0 environment. However, because all JavaScript functions were embedded, the file has ballooned to over 2,000 lines. However, I felt it was odd that the usage had doubled compared to the day before, so I decided to post this.
I will revert to the default language model and continue to monitor consumption. If the situation worsens significantly, please contact us again.
