Need Help with Refund or Transfer

Hi everyone,

I accidentally purchased “AI Gateway Credits”, thinking they were for my “Pro Plan”, where my Next.js project is currently hosted. I won’t be needing the AI Gateway Credits and would really appreciate some help.

Is it possible to refund the credits or transfer the balance to my Pro Plan instead?

If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows the best way to get this resolved, I’d love your guidance. I’ve also reached out to support, but any advice from the community would be appreciated!

You can open a Billing support case from Help to get your refund.

If you’ve already opened a case, rest assured our support team will help you as soon as they get to the ticket.

I opened a case , but get no reply !

Looks like your case is assigned to the right team. It’s just waiting for the billing specialists to work through the cases that were opened before yours - How long does it take to get a response from Vercel Support?
