⚠️ NEED URGENT HELP: Paid Invoices but Blocked (“Unpaid Invoice” Error

Hi @vercel-support and community,

I really need urgent help — my Vercel team account (Tarkle) is completely blocked from V0 access due to an “Unpaid Invoice” error, but all my invoices are marked as paid and my card has been charged multiple times successfully.

Here’s the summary:

  • All invoices show “Paid” with $0 remaining

  • Payments for V0 Seats ($30) and V0 Credits ($25–26) were processed successfully

  • I even tried adding $10 credits again today, it charged successfully, but I’m still locked out

  • Error message: “You have an unpaid invoice. Please pay your invoice to continue.”

This is completely blocking access to V0, and I’ve already opened multiple support cases:

  • #822431

It looks like some kind of payment sync glitch. I’ve attached screenshots and invoice PDFs in my support tickets, but I haven’t received a response yet.

This is extremely urgent — I’ve been working nonstop for days on a product launch and now can’t even access my project due to what seems like a billing system error.

Please help escalate this or refresh my billing status. :folded_hands:
