I created a project using our existing design system components. I uploaded these components and provided a dashboard screenshot to guide the page generation.
I also included detailed project instructions, but despite multiple attempts, the tool fails to generate a usable page. While it generated code, there’s no preview available.
At first, it showed a tooltip saying “v0 currently does not support react-router”, even though the project doesn’t use any routing-related logic.
What’s more frustrating is that there are no errors in the console—nothing to help debug or understand the issue. Each time I try to resolve it via a prompt, it regenerates the output, but still fails to render anything. It repeatedly states that the page is generated correctly, without validating that it is rendered or not.
In the end, I burned $2 without making any progress or getting a working output.
Exactly. They charge you to fix mistakes their own system creates, and on top of that, there’s no real solution offered.
This doesn’t feel like a beta platform anymore, it feels like a machine built to squeeze money out of every click. Two dollars just to fix something they broke… this has become a bad joke.
They’re making it clear they don’t care about users, just about extracting every cent.
They are taking the piss, my Credits renewed 4 days ago (Teams)
i created a single project to try a work out a fix for Google Map API creation (they kept on storing the APi in cache so had to test a noStore technique).
it created the chat multiple times, all with NO preview or response, it consumed majority of my credits.
No, @jacobparis , React Router was not present in the code; the code is mainly to render the single-page component without using any routing mechanism.
