obby team paused for fluidCpuDuration: the project that caused it has moved off Vercel

Hi, my Hobby team aks-projects-b16d48fc got paused on Oct 14 at 22:44 UTC. The API gives the reason as FAIR_USE_LIMITS_EXCEEDED, overage type fluidCpuDuration.

One project caused nearly all of that CPU use. I moved it to my own hardware the same day, paused it at the project level and disconnected its Git repo, so it can't deploy or run on Vercel again.

The pause took down my other 10 projects too, including my personal portfolio.

Could someone on the team lift the pause early? If it would help, I can delete the project that caused it. Otherwise I'll wait out the 30 days, but I wanted to ask first.
