Paid monthly subscription but did not receive the credits

Hi. I’m on the V0 Team plan and this is my first month under the new credit-based billing (as it used to be prompt-count based). The $30 credits never appeared after the renewal charge.
My invoice came normally and still with ± 3 usd of credits usage on usage history - yet it says i ran out of credits. This is absurd and serious.
Can someone from the Vercel team verify the credit allocation for my account?
Happy to provide invoice ID or screenshots if needed.
I need it for work. This stuff is getting ridiculous.

Are you also having problems with the subscription? I bought it, but I can’t do anything, it’s asking me to buy more, even though yesterday I paid for the $20 plan, this new update made what was great worse.

Yes. Exactly the same. My usage history shows i used around 3-5 usd, and despite having 30 usd of credits, i cant send any more messages…

It’s likely you were affected by this bug. I don’t see any payment history in your account so I assume you’re using a different one than you’re logged in to the community with
