I’m trying to upgrade to the Premium plan, but I’m encountering issues with the payment process. I’ve tried using two different cards, but neither payment went through successfully. The first card shows that the transaction was marked as successful, but when I refresh the page, it reverts to the free plan, and no charge has been applied to my card. The second card prompts an error indicating that the CVC code is incorrect, even though I entered it correctly. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue so I can complete the upgrade.
