Payment failure – urgent support needed

Hi Team,

I created my account on v0 and purchased the premium plan a few hours ago. Initially, everything worked fine, but later I received an email saying my payment had failed. When I clicked the retry link, it showed the message:

“Payment processing. Your payment will be confirmed within 14 days. If this payment is confirmed after the due date, it will still be considered on time because it was initiated on time.”

Now, my account is locked with the message “You have an unpaid invoice. Please pay your invoice to continue.”

I can’t access my projects or continue development, and I need urgent access. Could you please check the payment status and help restore my account or provide a way to retry the payment immediately?

Thanks for reaching out here. I can see the the payment was declined by your bank. Can you confirm if the amount was debited?

Amount wasn’t Debited, but i am unable to retry the payment since its saying “Payment processing”

Payment was successful Still unable to use it
