I’m trying to figure out how the billing works. I pay for a $20 a month package. I have a few individual websites and the service has stopped as if it never existed and is asking me to update the package to work in a team but I’m the only one building my websites.
The $20 premium membership comes with $20 monthly usage credits to spend on prompts. If you run out, you can either
- wait until your monthly renewal when you get the next month’s credits
- purchase additional credits on demand
The third option, which I suspect you’re being prompted to do, is to create a new v0 Team (which is an additional $30/m subscription). This will create a new “workspace” (which you can select by checking your team in the top left) and activity under that will be billed to the team. This allows multiple v0 accounts to collaborate in the same workspace without needing their own accounts, so you could
- cancel your $20/m premium subscription (so you get the $5/m free hobby credits back)
- create the $30/m team (also receiving $30/m in credits each month)
- do your activity under the team workspace and have access to collab features if you ever need them
But if it’s only you, I would personally recommend sticking with the Premium membership and purchasing on-demand credits as needed
