I have a $15 invoice (#56819338-0015) that’s been stuck in processing for hours. Clicking the payment link doesn’t help because it keeps showing the payment as pending. This is blocking my access to the platform and I can’t use the service I’ve already attempted to pay for.
This isn’t a minor inconvenience. It’s actively affecting my work and there’s been no response or fix. A basic payment flow shouldn’t break like this, and if it does there should be a clear resolution path.
I need this sorted immediately. If the system can’t process or update payments correctly, then at least allow invoice cancellation or retrying instead of locking the user out.
Waiting for a real solution, not automated replies.
