[PH] Upgrade to v0 Premium Not Working

I am trying to avail the 20$ plan but my payment methods are always failing.
I have tried Maya, GoTyme, and BDO Debit cards.
I also updated my Vercel account infos, still not working

I’m sorry you are facing this issue. I would request you to use a Visa or Mastercard for payment. They have the highest success rates.

Let me know if you face any other issues.

all of my debit cards for said 3 banks are Visa.

Still not working. Is my account on a soft lock because of many failed payment attempts?
Do you not accept paypal?

As of July 08, 2025 I have retried to subscribe again using Gotyme, and it worked.
Still the initial experience is a hassle with no clear prompts on why the initial attempts were voided

Thanks for sharing this. Maybe our payment processor was having high rates of failure with this payment method. I’ll forward this to our team to look into.
