Phishing URLs targeting Indonesian users. Kindly take down on as these

The 2 above are highly critical as they are impersonating the cash management app of the largest public sector bank in Indonesia. It is immensely painful to even seek responses from Vercel so i would greatly appreciate prompt action on this suject.

There are so many other urls which have been pending for weeks but no action. All are malicous and phishing urls impersonating the bank.

Hi @ip-3469, I’m so sorry that you’re facing this issue. Can you confirm if you have already submitted an abuse report on Report Abuse On Vercel?

yes all those have been submitted

Thanks for confirming. I’ll relay this to the correct team. We appreciate your patience.

We still have not seen any action. If this is the amount of time taken on your platform to remove fraudsters, it is concerning and you must take this seriously - no other platform takes this long to remove abuse. What is the timeline that you are providing us. This has been weeks in several cases.

Hi Anshuman, the two critical ones related to Qlola - cash managhement application of Bank BRI are still pending takedown. the rest have been taken down but these 2 are critical. Appreciate your kind support in this matter at the soonest. https://bri-qlola.vercel.app/ ; https://qlola-bri.vercel.app/

you cannot be running a platform allowing phishing links to operate and then turn a blind eye. Anyone reading should be made aware that Vercel really does not care about information security and is allowibng phishing links to run without any prompt action . @anshumanb you need to push harder to get those two urls down soonest.

Hi @ip-3469, as you saw earlier our team is working on it and they’re doing their best to support cases like these. We at Vercel always strive for a safer web and do our best to take actions but reviewing take down requests takes time out our scale. I appreciate your patience.

Can you confirm the URLs left are these?

  • https://qlola-bri.vercel.app/ and https://bri-qlola.vercel.app/ . Abuse reports are handled at priority by all platforms so this is not something of an unreasonable ask. Innocent customers could be prone to phishing attempts and cheated of their data and more. Our client’s brand is being affected thanks to the delays. Already these links have been highlighted as dangerous by Google and other platforms but Vercel has taken no action. Appreciate your prompt update.

Hi @ip-3469, thanks for confirming. Yes, I agree such reports should be prioritized, and I assure they are. It’s just an unusually busy month for our team and they are trying their best to carefully cover every case.
