Premium account Purchase and no reply on v0.dev chat

I purchased the Premium plan on v0.dev for $20. However, my account is still displaying only 5 credits instead of the full Premium credit amount. Subsequently, I purchased another Premium plan for this month. Unfortunately, any messages sent to the v0 chat are no longer answered except “Something went wrong. Please edit, retry or delete your message” I consistently encounter errors even when attempting to send a simple greeting.

Could you please refund the premium account payment and address the issue with the v0.dev chat? Thanks a bunch!
