Premium Plan Expired After 2 Days – No Support Response

I paid for the Premium plan ($20/month) on May 15, 2025. After 2 days of access, my account now shows:

  • Plan expired
  • $0 credit balance
  • No Premium features

I’ve sent 3 support messages over multiple days and received no response. This is blocking my work.

I’m sharing here in hopes that a team member or another user can help or escalate the issue. I can provide proof of payment and dashboard screenshots if needed.

Please advise or assist. Thank you!

Hi @pawlean, thank you for your reply.

It’s now been over 4 hours since this was flagged and made private, but I haven’t received any response from the support team. My Premium plan issue is still unresolved, and it’s seriously blocking my workflow.

I kindly ask for this to be prioritized. Either:

  • Restore my Premium access, or
  • Process a full refund.
