I upgraded the account after trial expired but the account is still under Hobby
Hey @jayesh-6461. It looks like you have one team upgraded to Pro and one on the Hobby plan. You can switch between them from the dropdown at the top of the dashboard
It looks you downgraded to Hobby: Login – Vercel
If you want to upgrade other team, you should find an option under Billing here: Login – Vercel
I don’t know how did it happen because never removed anyone. Why would I go and upgrade again, I already paid $40 for a month, is it not possible to just restore it?
So the series of events:
- I subscribed for trial
- The trial ended but I forgot to renew
- Then I pay the invoice (unsure if it downgraded automatically or I clicked somewhere)
As I have already paid, please restore the account (PRO)
For any billing errors, you should open a case with the support team. Access to payment systems is restricted to a limited number of people for safety and security reasons, but that team is the one that can work with you to get this sorted
