am trying to upgrade my plan to premium but it not working , and sometimes the recharge enters multiple times with the new v0premium payment system in my country which means you wont be debited from bank and v0 will give you credits … please fix that or bring back the old payment method for premium plan
Im a bit confused, are you saying you are trying to upgrade to premium but you are being charged for something else before you have even done so? You can “recharge” or “top up” credits without being on Prem. Plan first. Can you send a screenshot maybe for us to have a better look / idea at what may be going on.
The subscription upgrade is failing due to frequent failed payments. You’ll need to contact your bank to find out why the payments aren’t going through and then try again
