I have two projects I pay for, The project owner of one project left and is not available. We now moved the Platform to another project to deploy and want to close the first project. The owner is not paying for the project, I am! And the vercel support is not able to help me for over 3 weeks now!! The only message I get is: "this is not our responsibility" WTF?

Does anyone knows how to reach a support here?
