Project restricted (exceed_egress_quota) after Pro upgrade — 20+ hrs, no support response - Help

I upgraded from Hobby to Pro after hitting the egress quota restriction, confirmed On-Demand Budget is set to $200 with Pause Projects OFF, and redeployed twice (including without build cache) — but the project (panel-pedidos-opal.vercel.app) is still returning "Service for this project is restricted due to exceed_egress_quota" on every request. Support ticket #01Sm4yzrgH5nKc91 has been open 20+ hours with no response (Severity 1). Latest Request ID: q5mrv-1783498332308-2c0df09c3ada. Would appreciate help getting this manually cleared.
