Recovering v0 projects and deployments after Vercel account suspension

Hello Vercel team,

My account was fully suspended without any prior notice, and I’m asking for help at least recovering my work.

I’ve been a paid Vercel user for over 1 year, including Vercel Pro and v0 Premium. In total, I’ve spent about $913 USD on Vercel services.

Because of the suspension, around 270 deployed projects went offline overnight. Even worse, 50–100 of these projects were created using v0, and for many of them I do not have a local or GitHub backup.

Hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars went into creating these projects, all paid for legitimately.

Side note: a portion of these projects publicly linked back to Vercel as an authority/provider, so beyond being a paid customer, our work also brought some SEO value to Vercel.

My preferred solution would be to have my account reinstated — I’m happy to answer any questions and continue as a long-term customer.
However, even if reinstatement is not possible, I’m urgently asking for temporary access to v0 so I can sync my projects to GitHub and recover the code I paid for.

I’m not asking for anything beyond access to my own work.

Thank you for taking the time to read this — I’d really appreciate any help.

Best regards,

Note: my account is not with this email, as I can’t login. I can share my email privately
