Title: Refund request — $378.22 in Vercel Agent charges I never enabled

Hi Vercel team,

I'm being billed for Vercel Agent on a Pro team where I never enabled it.

• Team: josuerivera300891-progs-projects (Pro)
• 24 August 2026 invoice: $192.64 (already charged)
• Current cycle: $185.58 (not yet charged)
• Total: $378.22 USD

I never turned Agent on and never used it. I found out from the invoice, and I've since disabled every option under Team Settings > Agent.

What I'm asking for:

1. A refund of $192.64 to my original payment method.
2. Removal of the $185.58 before the upcoming invoice is charged.
3. Confirmation that no further Agent usage will be billed.

To be clear, I'm asking for a refund rather than account credit — this isn't usage I chose.

I'm not disputing my Pro subscription or normal infrastructure usage. Screenshots of both invoices attached. Thanks for the help.
