Refund request

Good day V0 team,

Unfortunately V0 doesn’t cut it for me with all the bugs and crashes I am experiencing. Today was I’d say a last straw - my card was billed yesterday, but the dashboard is showing that I am on free plan with 0 credits.

My v0 billing page currently shows:

  • Current Plan: Free Plan
  • Payment Method: No payment method added
  • Credit Balance: “There was an error fetching your credit balance”

However, my card/account was charged for v0 usage/credits.

Please investigate the billing scope and either:

  1. refund the charge, and/or
  2. transfer/credit the unused amount to my Vercel platform billing balance if supported.

Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I can’t see all the billing details myself, but based on the logs it looks like you’re on a v0 Team plan or maybe joined with a coupon or sponsorship. Does that sound right? What do you see if you click the team switcher at the top left?

Hi Amy, I’m on team plan, but the dashboard shows that I’m on free and any prompt I give suggests that I upgrade to team plan to get more credits without returning any response.

I have seen similar topics, but none of them were resolved.

As I have mentioned above - this is not something that I am content with, among many other issues, like wasting 30 dollars in credits on trying to resolve the bug, that was actually v0 bug, confirmed in another topic here: Issues with v0 previews - #33 by zatrixza-8528

Since I can’t cancel my teams plan while it shows me that I’m on free, kiny cancel same for me and refund accordingly.

Oh, and to answer your screenshot - that part doesn’t load at all, it seems to be constantly trying to fetch the team, but to no avail.

I don’t have access to make changes to plans or billing for anyone else :pensive_face: (it’s a security thing)

If you go to vercel.com/help and explain that you have a a billing issue, then you’ll be able to open a ticket to get this sorted
