Refunds and unresponsive support center

I wanted to use the premium plan of my personal account, but I was mistakenly charged for the team plan, which cost me $20. I contacted the support center to inquire about a refund for the wrong payment, but I haven’t heard back for a week. Is the support center the only place I can inquire about refunds?

I’m sorry that it’s taking longer for the support to get back but they’re actively working to get to your issue. Yes, support is the best equipped to process refunds or account related changes.
