Request to Unpause Account

Problem

My team account has been paused due to exceeding the Free Tier limits for Edge Requests.

Current Situation

Last time, I changed the site content and dropped the Edge Request usage significantly, but the usage I exceeded before was not reset even though it was a new month. So it seems to have been paused again.

Questions

  1. When will the Edge Request limit be reset?
  2. I request a temporary unpause of our account so that I can resume service while maintaining the fixed structure to prevent future incidents.

I want to solve the problem and continue to be with Vercel.
