What are our options for hosting this on:

a) Vercel
b) Another platform like Hostgator for example

In the case of the latter, can anyone provide a few simple tips for downloading the code and getting up on to another host?

Yes, you can directly host on Vercel with just one click.

This should be possible, but we haven’t got a guide on how to do this for now. You’re on the right track though, you’d download the code, put it on a git repo then host it as usual.
