Stuck Downgrading from Pro to Hobby — Why Is This Impossible?

Hi Vercel Team,

I’ve been trying to downgrade from Pro to Hobby, but the process keeps failing with the same merge error shown in the screenshot.

The system claims my projects have “unmergeable resources” like Log Drains and Integrations — but I don’t have any deployments, integrations, log drains, or active features at all. Everything is empty. Yet I’m still blocked.

At this point it honestly feels like I’m being forced to stay on the Pro plan. Please check what invisible or stale resources are preventing the downgrade, because nothing in my dashboard explains this.

I just want to downgrade, and the UI won’t let me.
Please help fix this — or manually clear whatever is blocking it.

Hi @manikxixi, it seems like there are some active integration on your Hobby team, which gets merged into the Pro team you’re downgrading. So, to complete this step you’ll need to remove all active integrations from the Hobby team and finish this transition.

I’ve successfully downgraded, but I didn’t get the refund which should have been around $16. Should I wait? Or is there something wrong?
