Suspended account

I am receiving this email but my account was suspended last year. I was trying to reach out support but nobody helped me. Can someone delete all my user records from the system totally? So i will not receive any emails and also i will not pay 11.25 for domain which i have not access? I am tired of creating Support ticket and talk to AI or some human agent who tells me "I am transfered your ticket" I just want to resolve this issue finally. Thank you.
